Parkside Heights offers 175 homes across two four-story buildings, with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed for a range of households. Of the 175 homes, 135 are set aside for households earning 60 percent of the Area Median Income (“AMI”) or below, and 40 are set aside for households earning 30 percent AMI or below. Thirteen of the 30 percent AMI homes are reserved for Permanent Supportive Housing residents
Residents have access to amenities that support comfort, connection, and everyday ease, including a multipurpose room, on-site management and service offices, laundry facilities, and a courtyard with a playground and barbecue area. A dedicated resilience hub also serves as a welcoming space for community connection and resident engagement, designed to bring people together and supported by backup power so it can remain available when it matters most.
